Your steps earn minutes for your chosen apps. You decide how many steps earn one minute.
Use your earned minutes
Spend your minutes on the apps you chose. When they run out, Stroll pauses access. Walk to earn more.
Why Stroll

Permissions
Know what you're allowing.
Stroll needs permissions to read steps and manage access to your selected apps. Here's what each one is for.
Reading your steps
Android: Health Connect, with phone step counting (Activity Recognition) if Health Connect has no step data yet. iPhone: Apple Health.
Managing your chosen apps
Android: Usage Access, used to calculate time spent in the apps you select. iPhone: Screen Time, used to manage the apps or categories you select and their unlock sessions.
Showing the pause (Android)
Accessibility is used on Android to show the pause screen for a selected app when earned time runs out. Stroll does not use it to read typed text, passwords, messages or payment details.
